Atlanta Gate provided a powder coated gate for our complex and it began rusting within 2 weeks from installation. They are blaming it on another vendor, but after it taking 4 months to get the product, it appears it is thier powder coating lack of attention to the crooks and crannies is the issue. The devil is in the details. DO NOT USE this company. They do not warranty thier work.
They claim it was because we used another company to install the operators. Is that why we got sub par construction? You wanted to do it all, get all the work? Not a fair business practice.

We live in Atlanta (EAV) and have tried to work with Atlanta Gate Co for the past 3 months. Over this time we have been unsuccessful in getting a quote. Robin was transparent that they will only do quotes if jobs are in your area. During this time we had 2 scheduled appointments that were cancelled an hour before. Both times we took time off work for the appointment. When we provided this feedback to the office we were told, "Shane, the owner, is the only one who quotes, and he sets his schedule." From the time I made my first call to request an estimate to the final gate installation I was very impressed with the crew at Atlanta Gate. Robin was always very sweet and helpful when I called and asked questions. When Shane showed up to give me the estimate he was very nice and patient with all our questions and got back to us quickly with a detailed estimate. We just had our driveway gate installed and it was a fantastic experience. From the initial onsite quote to design and build to installation, it has been great. Communication has been amazing and the install process was flawless. Jason and Tim were at the house, installed the gate, made it look amazing and took the time to teach us what we needed to know. We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company! We obtained several quotes before selecting AGC. Our determination wasn’t based solely on price (which was competitive but higher than some). It was based on the level of customer service and product quality of the company as well as the consultative approach used by Shane when he came out to discuss our project.
