Bob initially came out and inspected the problem (no charge), then came back and fixed it promptly, leaving the tub ready to be used when I got home that night. And the charge was more than fair. Not something I have experienced in Santa Barbara ever!

If your controls aren't functioning, i.e. the jets will not turn on, it is possible that the Spa Lock feature has been engaged.

My first visit, and was not disappointed. Had the coconut shrimp, with fries, coleslaw, hush puppies. Excellent lunch, with more than enough food for lunch.
Excellent service, great food, and very nice atmosphere to stop for lunch,vor dinner.
Night time Parking, may be a little crowded, however we had lunch, and a number of spaces were available.
Prices were average for the season for the area. My meal of Coconut shrimp, with three sides was around $ 15.00.
The Restrauant was located right off the main street in Gulf Shores, so finding the Restrauant was quite easy. Good location, with views

Worth the wait. I had the royal reds which are the best I've found on the island (and I've tried them everywhere), we also had the crab claws (small basket was plenty for my family of 4). My husband ordered the tuna steak which was also really good. Service was exceptional considering how busy they were on a Friday night, food came out very fast as well. The drinks are also really good and well worth the value. I had a bushwhacker which was also really good.

LOVED Bahama Bob’s and will definitely be back! We had 2 of the Fried Popcorn Shrimp platters, a Fried Whitefish platter, and a kids chicken tender basket, and it was all wonderful! Beware, the popcorn shrimp platter is approximately a half pound! It was a plate full!! We sat outside and enjoyed the beach breeze, good music, and friendly service!

First and only 5 star restaurant we visited this week. We truly enjoyed EVERYTHING. The service was incredible - our waitress was Rachel and she was the best server we've had anywhere this week. Truly great. The food? Omg the food. Let me start off by saying I'm not really much of a fish or seafood person, I am here supporting my husband's dreams eating all of that he can ever desire. 😅 The crawfish tails app was to die for. The coconut shrimp was...out of this world. Truly. I felt like I was having an out of body experience while eating it ROFL. The kids fried shrimp had sooooo much in it and

Think chain seafood, not local. Menu has the overpriced, meh-food vibe. Whitefish? What exactly is whitefish. Sorry, I'm from the South. The coconut shrimp were amazing though. Seriously, those and the fries and I was happy. Kids didn't care for the "whitefish" and there was a lot of variety. Husband got a tuna steak. He didn't write home about it, but he ate it. It wasn't terrible but it was expensive. Service was good and location is great. We sat where we had a slight view of the beach. Beach go-ers pass as it seems a beach access is right behind the restaurant. I'd say try Shrimp Basket before

I called Bob with a high level question about my spa controller board and he knew all the details. He pointed me in the right direction for a fix even though that meant he wouldn't have to come out and wouldn't make any money. His information was dead on and very useful. I HIGHLY recommend his services.

My spa stopped kicking on, and had a code in the window where the temp should be. When I called and spoke to Bahama Bob, he said he was 90% sure of what it was. I live about 20 minutes north of Goleta, and no one ever wants to come to my house, or they want to charge me just to come out, on top of whatever repair or service they do, which is lame because if you head in to the hills of sb its harder on your car, uses more gas and takes longer than the straight shot to my house on the freeway. He didn't even act like it was a big deal. He said he had some work in the valley the next day and
