Brian and his design team are very easy to work with, working with and recommending designs based on the customers likes, budget and style . Once a design has been agreed upon, CDG works on your behalf to ensure all permits, zoning , easements and more are adhered to. The CDG goes far and above on the quality of their work. Bryan and his crew built a patio with pergola, fire pit and lighting for us. Throughout the project Bryan was outstanding--he's very professional, respectful of our time and input, and keeps open communications while the project is going on. We ran into a couple of supply problems due to COVID, but Bryan was able to get them resolved. We've had about 4 months to enjoy our new patio, and are extremely happy with it.

The dream of having a small pool and a spa-like backyard, where we would eventually retire, was a long time in the dreaming. We've learnt that you've got to be financially and mentally prepared for renovations, 'cause big ones will put on strain on everything. Finally we felt we were ready and contacted Bryan. Talking to Bryan about the design and the modern style we wanted was so much fun. Over the years we had collected ideas that resonated with us. Bryan used them as the basis to create a design plan, which we loved.

They started out great. Responsive and helpful. Until we had a conversation on budget. Then they stopped responding to communications. Very disappointing. Edited to 4 stars: Bryan and Elena did reach back out to me, took responsibility for the drop in communication, sincerely apologized, and provided a very timely and thorough onsite consultation. Our design plan is pending, but I have no doubt it will be lovely and functional. I could have deleted my original (negative) review but I kept it up because there is value in recognizing great customer service after a misstep.

Constructive Design did an amazing job of building a patio, grading and installing sod and planting a row of arborvitae at the edge of my property.
The attention to detail was such that it looks like the project has always been there. There is not a trace or indication that work was ever done. It looks that good! The quality of the patio itself is as good as I have seen anywhere. When the neighbors came to take a look their comment was
"Wow, you did that right!" I couldn't agree more. Brian Perry is extremely professional and flawlessly managed the project from the presentation phase to completion

While searching for a contractor to complete our recent outdoor project, we knew we wanted someone who we could trust to get the job done on time and correctly. I want to share my experience with Bryan and his crew at Constructive Design Group. We had just built a new house and needed some help with hardscapes and landscaping, including rainwater catchment, controlling runoff, preparing beds, installing pavers and preparing a pad for a new hot tub. The process was great from the beginning to the final cleanup.
Bryan listened to what we wanted, his crew was punctual and hard working, they cleaned everything up, but most of all they did real quality work! We will be asking them to come back to build our pizza oven next.

We had a fabulous experience working with Bryan of Constructive Design Group! We had an existing retaining wall that was crumbling and falling apart. He was able to pull from his vast experience to provide us with material, as well as design suggestions for our rebuild. He communicated well and kept us abreast of scheduling and work progress. His crew did a great job, was respectful and cleaned up behind themselves. We highly recommend CDG!

Yesterday CDG finished their 3rd project with us. 2yrs ago they did a phenomenal job extending our screened in porch and building a stone fireplace out there. Last year they did a beautiful job on our patio and outdoor kitchen. Even with all of that, our actual backyard was a disaster. It was eroding away and we had horrible drainage issues. Because Bryan and his amazing crew are so professional and do excellent work, we turned to them to help fix our yard. They even’d out our backyard installing a retaining wall and new drainage system. After laying sod, everything has come together and looks

Constructive Design did a great job on our modernist outdoor patio/firepit/sandbox/pond/stairs. They were very responsive and fair regarding pricing and scheduling. The quality of the work is top notch, and their attention to detail and construction knowledge is also excellent. I would highly recommend them again.
