The team at Platinum are phenomenal! Nicolette in the office keeps everything moving and organized. Communication is beyond compare. Lydell and Greg worked to clean the whole house from top to bottom after significant smoke damage from a fire in the furnace. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole team's professional and empathetic approach. Just simply amazing, all around, for the entire team!

The team from Platinum Restoration did an excellent job repairing my home. Specifically, David does beautiful work, he's a perfectionist. Chris repaired ceilings and painted, also perfect. Shawn, the contractor, was always in communication with me every step of the way. I know his job wasn't easy with the pandemic and trouble getting materials.

I had a backup of my sewer in the laundry room and after the sewer was unblocked I needed someone to professionally clean up. I called my State Farm agent and he referred Platinum Restoration. This was my first experience with Platinum Restoration and I'm so happy because they did an excellent job, they were very professional (explaining everything), and friendly. Lydell and his co-worker went to work right away and there was no waiting to go and have someone else come out to do the work. They cleaned better than I could ever do myself. We experienced a water backup in my basement from the storm sewer due to an early June heavy rain. The "dry out" crew was here in less than 24 hours and had everything well in hand ( cleaned and sanitized) with blowers and dryers in place.
The restoration crew of Joe, Jay, and Will were very accommodating, friendly, and very willing to make things right to fulfill our specific requests. They were very trustworthy and professional. We are very pleased to have the use back as a result of their hard work in 3 days.

Platinum is one of the best restoration companies around! Their customer service and their work is phenomenal. I have used them several times and they are always prompt, professional and it is obvious they have the customers best interests in mind regardless of the situation. If you need work done to your house, roof, or other type of loss mitigation - give them a call. You will be happy you did! They can even work directly with your insurance company!

Platinum Restoration was referred to us by our insurance company after a tree struck and destroyed the heart of our home. From the moment they arrived to protect our belongings from the elements, I knew we had the right caring people helping us though a very difficult time. Ray and Michelle Santiago, as well as everyone else at Platinum treated us like family. Once the clean-up was done, we had to choose a contractor to rebuild. When we found out that Platinum could do that, the choice was easy. We now have our home back. Everyone at Platinum and all the sub-contractors exceeded our expectations

My sump pump failed on a Saturday night and the Platinum crew was at my house within an hour to help elevate all of my belongings and remove the water. The team was professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend calling them for any restoration project! They will be here next week to install new padding and replace and clean the carpet they helped save.
