We had searched high and low for just the right wood flooring to fit our vision, and finally found it at RMS flooring. Ryan and Francesca were wonderful to work with, and were even able to install earlier than the date we scheduled. Justin and Manuel skillfully installed our gorgeous wood floors, and checked in with us every step of the way, anticipating details we hadn't even thought of. They are extremely professional and very skilled at their work, and we 100% recommend them and the RMS team!

We had a flooding incident in our home that ruined our floors. After a messy clean up we reached out to Ryan, Kim and Francesca at RMS to get new flooring. They had amazing inventory to choose from and made my wife and I feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. Our new floors are fantastic and the RMS crew took great care of us during installation.

Ryan and his team at RMS Handcrafted Floors are superlative. We have seven rooms with 80-year-old white oak floors, as well as one room that needed brand new wood. We also needed some patches and repairs. This was a challenging job. But RMS did all of this so that everything now looks brand new! Our floors are stunning. We're pleased. Upon completion, we found one small variation in the finish, and the guys came back out to touch it up promptly. Ryan and his team at RMS did a fantastic job removing the old carpet from our bedrooms and replacing it with wood floors. They showed up promptly every morning and completed the project on schedule. As they were working they cleaned up anywhere they had been that day. Throughout the process they were the consummate professionals. With the project complete it feels like we have a brand new house.

RMS Floors did a great job installing new hardwood floors throughout our entire home. They are easy to work with and everyone was very professional and friendly. The came in under budget and finished on time with no problems. They did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The floors are so good my daughter wants to eat them.

Ryan did a great job in a timely manner. A wonderful improvement on an oak floor. He did two jobs for us and if we had more floor we would be happy to have him come back.

Our experience with Ryan and his team was top-notch from start to finish. They refinished approximately 3300 square feet of our hardwood which was more difficult than first expected due to the variety of wood used in our floor. They did what they need to do without complaint and the finished product is truly beautiful. They performed exactly on schedule and price point.
