I advise you to steer clear of Vincent Parillo and Elite Sheet Metal and Gutters. Unfortunately, after agreeing-- in writing-- to mutually cancel our contract for metal roofing due to city opposition to our project, Vincent Parillo at Elite Sheet Metal & Raingutter refused to return +/- $12,000.00 of our deposit, which was nearly 100% of the cost of the whole project that he bid.
He claimed that the cost of doing a small amount of demolition which he had--in writing-- previously valued at $3,000-$4,000, had suddenly become worth the full +/- $12,000 that he had bid for the WHOLE JOB, which included

The first was a huge mistake in thinking that RANDYS RAIN GUTTERS was a reliable company. An employee was in the neighborhood, gave us an estimate on paper, a verbal date to provide service and never showed up. I called thinking perhaps they had confused dates, or simply forgotten.
