Alex was wonderful to work with. He called back very quickly and came out the next day to see a broken window I needed to have repaired. Instead of replacing the whole window and frame, he was able to just replace the double-paned glass which was half the cost and no damage to the window sills and trim. Within a week, the window was replaced as good as new. Alex was super nice, and his work was very neat and carefully. I will definitely use him for any other glass related needs and highly recommend him to others.

Excellent service - Very courteous on the phone and was able to fix my broken window within 24 hours. He asked me to send him a picture of the broken window, from which he was able to determine the type of glass needed. The pane he replaced matched the rest perfectly and was expertly installed. Our concrete contractor accidentally chipped our 1-inch thick insulated windows. Uber Haute immediately answered the phone, came out within the hour, have an accurate quote, and installed glass the next day in less than an hour. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

We had a broken pane of glass in the house on a Monday evening that we wanted to replace ASAP. Alex responded immediately and advised he can be there first thing in the morning to replace it. Alex was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned out and disposed of the broken glass, and then prepped the frame and installed the new piece of glass. He was very meticulous and ensured the workplace was spotless after he finished the work. The installation of the new glass pane looks better then the factory installed one.

The ONLY residential window repair within MILES of Katy, but Alex doesn't exploit it. He's fair, QUICK, thorough & a perfectionist. He did some auxiliary work to my surprise, part of his attention to detail. You can't go wrong. Sunscreens are next !!

Alex is amazing. We had him come out for a broken window and quote us to replace all of our outdated single pane to double. He was able to get our windows ordered and installed without a hitch during Covid19. They look so much better now thanks to him!!
