We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.

Cons:
- Expensive. Charges ~$80 per visit as stated over the phone. $400+ for gas leak tests. Repair would cost $800+. New unit $6000+.
- Plumber did not wear shoe covers when in the house.
- Phone message says only opens Monday to Friday.
If they had a more reasonable price, I would have given 5 stars.
I called them to come look at a malfunctioned tankless water heater. Plumber says it's broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $6000+. Yikes!
Before the unit can be replaced, the gas lines needed to be checked for leaks. I agreed for the $400+ gas

I can't sing their praises enough, Josh and his crew at Ashcroft plumbing went above and beyond with getting us a new hot water heater. Josh was extremely thorough with the install and knowledgeable in doing things the right way. He didn't cut any corners and was super helpful. His crew was very careful with the install and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. He's unlike any plumber we've ever used!

As a small business owner and home owner I have to hire contractors and repair companies fairly regularly over the years. For the most part I've had mediocre luck until I met Josh. Besides doing top notch work, he's honest and has integrity. Working with Ashcroft Plumbing has always been a positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

Josh came out on an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. Our main sewer pipe was clogged and rendered both bathrooms unusable. Josh responded within an hour. He was honest and professional. What impressed me the most was he tried different things to save us on cost. He explained everything thoroughly. The job was done neatly and super fast. I will be a customer for life and will recommend him to anyone.

I had Josh come in and do some repairs on the new house my wife and I just bought. Was very worried since it is our first home but Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to point us in the best direction of what was needs to fix vs what could be upgraded. Definitely loved that he was not pushy or wanting to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend!
