We've been at our new house for less than a year, and have been finding a host of problems not found by our less-than-stellar home inspector. Had a moderately concerning plumbing emergency crop up late at night. Bill was responsive, quick to get here (within 30 min of the call), highly professional and methodical in his approach, and repaired the problems in short order while diagnosing other future potential problems to keep an eye on. Highly recommended!
