The Maintenance service is design to help you maintain your home clean and is available after your initial deep cleaning service. We will setup a reoccurring cleaning schedule, at your choice of weekly, biweekly or monthly. Pricing is based on reoccurrence among other factors. Having a recurrent schedule will allow you to relax in your clean home and focus on what's important.

Recently hired them to do whole floor interior paint, and move out cleaning. Rudy was the kind of guy that you are looking for when you need someone that is communicative, and keeps his words. They are hard working, gets it done, and cleans after themselves. One of the rare gems in the area. Catch them while you can before they become too booked up in the future.

Rudy and his team came to paint my apartment and were very responsive, professional, and nice to work with! There were a couple places where a little paint got on the door or wall and they immediately came back to fix it the next day. The overall job looked GREAT and the value was excellent!

My husband and I chose Spazi Puliti Painting services to paint the majority of our home, and we could not be more impressed. Iris and Rudy came over on a short notice and did a complete makeover to our apartment! We are very pleased with the results, things like ceiling trims and baseboards, light switches were all cleaned. Our kitchen never looked this good and stains on the shower glass doors were removed.

Spazi Puliti is simply the best... alway thorough in cleaning our apartment, and so gracious in every way, the housekeepers have been taking care of us for over a year. They also do the commercial cleaning three times weekly for our apartment community and it has really made a difference in the overall sparkling appearance!

Rudy and Villy were great! We tried Spazi Puliti out for the first time (they were recommended by our apartment) and they were great. They were on time and friendly. I received real time updates on when they were on their way. But all of that would be for nothing if the results weren't good. But they were phenomenal! Our place looks awesome. They got every nook and small area. I'll definitely be using them again.
