CJ was focused and went above and beyond the typical service! I explained what was happening and he investigated possible causes and rectified to problem! Beside cleaning out the chimney and wood stove I feel safe! Great job I’ll want them back in my house anytime! Also great guarantees and policies

I scheduled a date to have my chimney inspected and potentially cleaned via email on October 28, 2021. The first available appointment was on December 1, 2021. The communication between initial scheduling and the appointment was reassuring and professional.
On the date of the inspection, I received a text to let me know the technician (Bruce) was en route. When Bruce arrived, he was friendly and professional. He completed the inspection in a little less than 1.5 hours, and indicated that no cleaning was necessary. He relayed his inspection findings, let me know that I would be receiving the bill

These folks were wonderful from the first contact. The business is very responsive, organized, and professional.
The appointment was a long ways off when we made it-about 6 weeks- but they sent reminders and gladly answered questions in between.
The crew came in a timely manner on the day of service and were careful and thorough. They explained everything they saw/completed and were very neat with their procedures. Very impressed with their crew.
I will definitely be using these folks again. I would definitely recommend.

I was told one price for job and paid the man with a check and then received an invoice for a lower amount. Called to see what was up and never got a call back. I just wanted an explanation. It was only $20.00 difference. I even referred a friend waiting to see how he felt about the service.

We highly recommend Johnson’s Chimney Service. In need of peace of mind before using our fireplaces I left a message and Casey called within an hour to schedule service which was done this morning.
He was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough leaving his work area clean and leaving us with the peace of mind we we needed. He demonstrated a level of customer service that is extremely rare these days. We will be referring to our friends and using them in the future.

Great company. Casey did an awesome job cleaning and inspecting one of my chimneys. He left the room spotlessly clean afterward and didn't try to upsell anything. I also had them install a chimney cap which happened exactly on time and as ordered. Great to work with!
