Martin glass is excellent! i needed to have four windows reglazed and they sent dave who was very friendly and funny and extremely efficient. he reglazed the windows, plus reglazed two broken storm windows i was giving up on and about to throw out, plus put together some other storm windows some other persons had taken out, and it ended up costing me about $300. way less than i expected. excellent work. excellent service. great prices. i'll definitely call them again if i need any more window work done. highly recommended.

Great experience start to finish. Needed a deck door repaired. Came out told me what was wrong, office provided quick estimate, part was ordered and installed. Mike was friendly and I could tell he knew his trade. Can’t forget the office people, also very nice. They are busy. Highly recommend.

I used Martin Glass to replace 1 out of 6 double-paned windows in my living room.

Some pros: I was able to make an appointment quickly. The technician that came out measured multiple times to make sure the size would be correct. I received a replacement window shortly after approving to the invoice. The installation was quick.

The cons: First, the technician incorrectly re-framed the window. I then noticed that the window was accumulating more condensation than any of my other windows. I called Martin Glass and they sent out the owner to fix the trim, which he did, but left a number of unfinished

My experience with Martin Glass was excellent! Great customer service, timely bid (MUCH cheaper than their competitors), perfect install within weeks of initial call. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone. Would definitely use them again for future mirror installs!

Martin Glass Company is simply amazing!! I brought in two decorative trays that needed the mirrors replaced in them. Unfortunately, Martin Glass would be my second call. My first call was to another local glass company which will remain nameless. This company attempted to fix the broken mirrors in the tray by gluing another mirror over the broken mirror. Because they couldn't match the sizes of the original mirror, you could see the original mirror underneath. They also damaged the gold overlay of the tray. Cary is an artist! I cried when he fished finished my screen porch. I'd been dealing with poor communicators and horrible customer service all summer. The only bright spot was Martin Glass and Cary.

The service here is top notch. I made two separate trips to get my tall mirrors cut to size and they got me in same day and for only $5 per cut! The staff was incredibly friendly and their energy was contagious. Not only did they cut my mirrors, they also polished the edges and cleaned the mirrors when they were finished. If you want to catch someone in the shop while they are not on a service call, call ahead and they will let you know when to swing by!

I had Martin glass put tempered glass into a storm door sash. They put it in the wrong channel & the sash was crooked on the lower left corner & wouldn't fit into the door properly & wouldn't slide up & down. I took it back & the manager hammered on it & it was still crooked but told me it would work. It still wouldn't fit into the door properly & still wouldn't slide up & down. I took it back again & he wanted to charge me $100 to come to the house to see if it wouldn't fit. I had pictures of how it sat crooked but he dismissed me. I

We were looking to have some very dated floor to ceiling mirrors on a wall in our living room removed. We contacted at least five different glass places - most never even responded.

Martin contacted us with a reasonable quote. We liked the price and the fact that they were in the neighborhood too so we hired them to remove the 12' by 9' wall of mirrors.

The two friendly workers were prompt and super efficient. They were able to remove the four large mirrors without even a crack in them and did it all in 30 minutes. That includes hauling them out of our place and into their truck

Very easy to work with! The entire process from walking in their store with a problem , scheduling an at home visit, following up to do the installation and sending the invoice timely was perfect! This company takes pride in what they do and they do it well. We are very pleased with the outcome of our window and will absolutely recommend and use Martin Glass again!

Chuck did both the estimate and repair for a broken window that was shattered from the cold. He was courteous and professional the entire time. He even took off his shoes without me having to ask. He was kind throughout the entire process and I'm glad we picked Martin Glass to get our window fixed. The free in-home estimate was done quickly after I called and the glass was ready and scheduled a week after even though they said it could take up to two weeks. Took 30 minutes to get it all installed. Chuck even came back to the window to get all the little bits off from the exterior of the window

Very helpful. Had a small project and needed 1/16-1/8 trimmed off. They were very helpful and they got me in and out. Will recommend to anyone who asks and will be back with future projects. Shop local.

Had to special order curved glass for curio cabinet door. Originally ordered early December and given ballpark estimate. Received call that shipper did not want to ship over holidays for fear of breakage, Told would not be shipped until January. Received call in January requesting prepayment of $316 because it was a specialty item. Received in less than 2 weeks. Door was perfect. Martin was only business who responded to my Yelp inquiry (sent to 3 businesses). Very friendly customer service.

I am a westsider but had experience with Martin Glass previously when they reglazed some windows I brought from my northwoods cottage for reworking. I then called them to rescreen my porch and they did a wonderful and skillful job remaking the inserts in aluminum and rescreening them. They have also removed some of the failed thermopanes in my windows without need to replace the whole window.

I love these guys. I needed some glass replaced in one of my windows in a hurry because we were selling our house and closing within the week. I contacted Martin Glass with my emergency because I couldn't get the window out easily enough to take it to them. By that afternoon it was all fixed! This was a huge relief and they were super helpful and friendly during the process.

I recently called Martin Glass to replace a broken window in my apartment. I called and they were able to schedule a time to come out the next day.

Martin Glass came to my apartment, prepped the window, measured, cut the glass there on-site in their truck, and replaced the glass without removing the window frame. This entire process took only about 20-30 minutes and it only cost around $85!!! They called the next day to get my credit card number and I paid over the phone. Super friendly staff, quick, and stress-free process.
