Jose and Jason and the whole team are wonderful! The showed up when they said they would, did what the said they would, and still service our pool weekly a year later. They helped us design the pool, walked us through every step of the way. They were available for any questions and concerns and we loved how it all turned out!

My husband and I purchased a home with a pool a couple years ago and shortly after realized that it needed a ton of work. We worked with several pool companies in an attempt to get the pool in useable shape, but each company tried to up sell us on everything, didn't follow through, or didn't seem to have any idea what we were doing. We came to the conclusion that we needed to completely renovate the pool. We had multiple bids, several no shows for bids and terrible customer service from multiple pool companies. This should be a negative 5 stars. Horrific. They agreed to provide weekly maintenance, and then failed to show up the first week. The next week they texted and said they would be coming at 2:00 that day. Again, they never showed up. They didn't return calls or messages, and did not answer the phone for another week. Then they finally answered a call (had to block the number to get them to answer) and said that they couldn't do it. This is after 3 weeks of no service, by which time the pool was a disaster. This is so unacceptable, and the inability to provide even a cursory courtesy
