She educated me and got me an appointment the next day! This company is amazing! They're thorough, professional & a super nice group of people. I called 3 companies & only O.A. Roberts took the time to give me a complimentary physical inspection.

Called back about a quote and the lady that is there answering service is so unprofessional and rude. She tried to give me a lecture about me missing there phone call and hung up on me. Wont give them my business nor will I ever recommend them. I will let other's know about my experience with this company.

O.A. Roberts is a longstanding company, family owned, and specializing in septic and sewer services for commercial and residential. We have used the company to pump our house septic system over the past seven years, and the former owner of our home used them for many years as well, including certifying the system. We have always been extremely satisfied with their service, until now. Something has happened recently that has completely degraded their ability to provide reasonable customer service. There seems to be a disconnect between the office staff (very nice people) and their service team.
