Kevin and his crew did an exceptional job. This flood happened on a Sunday afternoon. He came very quickly. He and his crew were here until 11pm. Very patient, answered all my questions and concerns . They came everyday to check on things until the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

My hot water heater busted and leaked water into about four feet of the finished portion of our basement and onto the carpet. I called Thompson to get an estimate to remove the water on the carpet and dry it out. The guy I talked to (I don't remember his name) said for a job that small, I could take care of it myself and save a lot of money. He was so helpful and told me exactly what to do. I am so grateful for his honesty and information! If I ever do have a job that is beyond my capabilities, I will definitely call Thompson!

I have used Thompson Restoration twice now. Once for sewer damage in the basement 2016 and just recently for mold removal in various places within the house.. Kevin and staff are extremely knowledgeable and talk you through the entire process... They made my house a HOME again making it safe for my family...

Can't say enough good things about Thompson Restoration. Our hot water heater failed over night and we had about 4 inches of water throughout our entire basement. They were there within a short time of calling them the next day and worked the entire next week until the basement was dried out completely. Also, very responsive and attentive to detail. HIGHLY recommend.
