This company took my TV through my insurance company. The TV wasn't able to be repaired so we were reimbursed through my insurance company for it. This morning there were 40 dollars in charges from my Amazon video account and when I contacted Amazon they said it was purchased from my TV. This business either sold the TV to someone or it was from one of the employees. Either way they should have factory reset it so all of our information for the apps still wasn't there. We didn't have a chance to logout of everything because they literally spent 3 minutes in our home looking at it before they took

I don't know what i expected out of an el paso business. they were unreliable on appointment times, brought the wrong tools when they did come, failed
to diagnosis the issue correctly resulting in the wrong part being replaced, almost set the house on fire, proceeded to damage the appliance further insisting they "needed to diagnosis the issue" despite allegedly having done so already. attempted to charge for 2 hours of labor for 15 minutes of "work" if you can even call it that.
if Samsung sends you to them as a "certified repair" location insist on another service location doing the repair

Took my 2 y/0 Samsung 4K 55’’ TV for repair half the screen had turned black (Bestbuy wouldn’t help even though it was barely a few days passed the extended warranty I purchased for $60 bucks) they had the Screen and backlight replaced in a matter of hours. TV is like new. Very pleased customer, happy to support local business than get screwed by Bestbuy over and over

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I called almost two weeks ago to get my dishwasher fixed and it's still not fixed. They took my dishwasher to their shop to fix it. When they brought it back they didn't bring all the parts and it was scratched up. They said they would be back to finish installing it in the morning. I called this morning and was told no one can come by till we buy the parts that they forgot to bring. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I wish I would of read the reviews.

Swindlers, deceivers!!! This establishment has terrible service and will cheat you out of your money. My Samsung refrigerator stopped working and wouldn’t cool. The very next day, I had one of their people come check the fridge at 10:00 am. Instead of calling me the same day, I had to wait 24 hours for them to tell me that the part had to be ordered and will take 3 days to arrive. On top of that, they wanted to charge me $180 for the part. My son found the part online on theSamsung website for $80. They tried to charge me an extra $100 thinking I was too naïve and tried taking advantage
