Just like the majority of these reviews, This plumber came out to unclog a drain for my parents. Showed up a couple hours late. He did minimal work for the time being and didn't finish the job and left early and said he would be there in the morning. Didn't show up and called multiple times with no answer. He ended up showing up in the afternoon with a bad attitude towards my parents. They said they would pay him for what he has done and he said never to call him again and took off. Very unprofessional.

Used in 2017 and at that time did great. Called back today with same issue, and this time they showed up un-covid masked and wouldn't let me explain anything, kept talking over me so I said, "you're not listening to me" and went inside expecting them to come in after they got off my roof. Nope, instead they drove off without doing the job and did not even bother to tell me why. I called them and asked why they left without unclogging my drain. Response was "you seemed unhappy and I don't work for unhappy people"...talk about projection!! I tried to explain that I was not unhappy only that I couldn

These guys did a fantastic job and responded to my phone calls when no one else on the the Island even returned my call. They quickly diagnosed a leak coming into my main shut-off valve, dug into the ground to access it, and repaired it. I was losing lots of $$ per month due to this leak so the cost of repair was well worth it. A+ would use them again.

Plumber was scheduled by my landlord to arrive Friday afternoon. He finally called 2 hours after he was supposed to arrive to say he couldn't make it but would be able to show up the following morning. I waited all day for him. Never showed. Didn't answer his phone, nor return my voicemail or text. Calling the company directly didn't help either. What a waste of a Saturday.

If you're too busy for the amount of work... that's fine, but don't tell someone you're going to show up... then don't... then say you're going to and then don't reply to phone calls, texts or voice mails... for 30+ hours and finally call and give some of the most unprofessional communication I have heard in a very long time. "THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY HOURS IN THE DAY!" and "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! FALL OVER AND DIE!?"

We had a major blockage in our line leading to the septic tank and we had tried to clear it with a rented snake. This did nothing to help it. I called Andy and he fit us in between other calls that he had scheduled. He was here no more than 5 minutes and the line was clear! He was fast, friendly, respectful and he will be our 'go-to' plumber from now on.
