Walter went above and beyond for our family. We did an entire garage remodeling. Armen's Door company installed the new doors, but two months later I discovered that a light that is needed to set up a phone app control was missing (there were multiple contractors working on the site). I called and Walter responded right away and assured me that he would resolve the issue. The way he handled it was outstanding. I have used Armen's Door several times including yesterday when the mounting that held the garage door motor to the ceiling failed. I called Armen's Door and they answered on the first ring. Walter showed up in about an hour and it was fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. Appreciate the quick response. Great work at a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Armen replaced the springs on my garage door 10 years ago. One finally broke last week, and I called his office to have it repaired. Armen has passed the business on to an associate named Walter. He came out the same day and replaced both springs for a reasonable price. He also carefully balanced the door, tightened all hinges, lubricated the hardware, and performed some nice adjustments which has it opening more smoothly than ever. Excellent job.

Don't call Armen's. They are dishonest and rude. They tried to up-sell me on a garage door replacement when I called for a repair. I demurred by not replying back to their email because I didn't like their offerings - they then called and lectured me about how rude it was that I didn't respond to their emails. What? I, the customer, DO NOT owe you a response to reject your up-sell. This was the rude/dishonest conduct that prompted me to write this review. However, their entire course of conduct was shady AF.

Prompt, honest, fair price, clean, excellent customer service. I have a very old door and we had the new battery backup opener installed today. Unable to lift two car garage door manual if power goes out. I'm very happy with their workmanship. Silva works the phone very nice and prompt and Armen on time, polite, and willing to listen to what you have to say. He also saw a cable that was frail and will replace later. I would use them again and tell your friends and family members.

They were prompt scheduling and properly repairing a garage door cable that snapped, was courteous and the work was done quickly.
About a year later,
I had another repair made to a broken spring and Steven came promptly, was able to schedule even over a week-end. Staff was experienced and explained how to maintain via proper semi-annual lubrication of some moving parts.

Armen has helped me multiple times. He has serviced my garage door in Hillsborough for years. Alway prompt, knows exactly what to do, and does it at a fair price. Recently I hired him to service and replace 3 doors at another house. Rather than charging me thousands and thousands of dollars to replace, he was able to service the doors and make them like new at 1/4th the price. He is always a phone call away and knows exactly what to do and how to do it. I very highly recommend.

My garage door wasn't working. I called one place and they charged me a service call and quoted me $600 . I called Armens and they came out and knew exactly what was wrong. It was 1/4 the price of my original quote from the other place. I highly recommed Armens and would use them again if need be. Its nice to know there are still companies out there not out to cheat us.

Would highly recommend Armen's Door Co. My garage door opener stopped working, they replaced it with a new one the next day. Service was very friendly and professional, he showed up on time, installed the new garage door opener, programmed the new key pad and programmed the thing in my car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other garage door issues (which I hope to not have any time soon).

My garage door opener conked out (stripped gears, apparently). It was a 30 year old Stanley, a company that no longer makes garage door parts. I called around and got a few estimates, and finally went with a recommendation from a family member.
