Jeff is great. I had an accident and broke the panel in my bathrtub. After making a mess out of trying to repair it, everyone I called turned me down about repairing it. Great experience! He came to refinish my tub and once he stripped the old layers off it looked so good that he recommended we leave the original finish! This meant he made much less than he quoted us, but I could tell he wanted the best outcome for us- even if this meant he made less money. I was very impressed!

Jeff was a top-notch professional at completing this job. He was prompt to respond when I called and arrived just when he said. He did a FABULOUS job in refinishing our pitiful tub. I am asthmatic and was concerned with the smell that I would have to deal with while the tub was being refinished but Jeff's venting system was amazing at keeping the smell at a minimum. Not only was Jeff professional and excellent at his job, he was very fair and reasonable with his charges. And best of all, our pitiful tub is BEAUTIFUL again! We highly recommend Mastercraft to refinish your tub!

Jeff was very professional and polite. He let us know what he would be doing and the time frame he would do it in. He was punctual and courteous. He was very clean with no mess left behind. He let us know when we could start using the tub, and also gave a refresher on caring for it. He would be one to highly recommend. The tub is beautiful. The tub is smooth, with no marks or smudges. I would say he is a perfectionist in his field. Jeff did a great job!
