We bought an older home in Aug 2017, that had a new roof in Dec 2016. While replacing soffit at the back of the house I found a piece of plywood that appeared rotten and I feel should have been replaced when they re-roofed in 2016..... I called and spoke to Pat, I believe the owner and explained this issue. He was super helpful and assured me they would take care of it. 10 days later one of his guys came by, cut out the offending plywood and replaced and redid the shingles..... THAT'S customer service. He could have said "oh well" but instead stepped up and took care even though
