Below, we will explain how each of these three methods work, which tubs are applicable, and we will list tips and tricks for installing your tub for each one. This guide works for both Whirlpool Bath Tubs, and Air Bath Tubs. The drop in installation method is the most common installation method for really nice whirlpool baths.
Almost all of our tub models can be ordered as a basic soaking tub, a whirlpool tub, an air tub or aromatherapy tub, and also as a combination whirlpool tub with aromatherapy air system. What is the difference between a whirlpool bath and an air tub (aromatherapy tub) and a soaker? In a whirlpool water is sucked from the tub by a water pump or "jet pump" through a suction fitting normally located on one sidewall of the tub near the bottom.
Our standard mood light consists of a clear lens that is installed in the sidewall of your tub. Behind the clear lens is a small 12 volt light. The white light shines through the clear lens and lights up the tub while it's full or empty. It makes a great night light too. The center portion of the lens can be removed with a special tool when the bulb needs to be changed.
Galvanized steel used in a spa is at least 5 times more expensive than wood and 20 times stronger than wood. Someone selling a wood framed spa will resort to saying that wood is better than steel out of pure frustration. Explaining why wood is better is impossible for them because it just isn't true.

This is the second spa we have bought from Leisure Concepts. We could not be happier. This time around we bought the Wellis brand with a SmarterSpa system that produces chlorine. This unit also has an ozone system and triple filter system. I am glad the guys at Leisure taught us and talked our family about the options and why we should consider these features.
We hardly use chemicals at all anymore. The water just smells fresh and clean and overall maintenance is little to none. I would highly recommend buying a spa from these guys and take their advice and direction when they give it to you about

Go somewhere else. These guys have horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls, don't deliver on promises for quotes and think they're the only professional dealer that can help. Trust me, there are plenty of others that have exceptional customer service. They should know who I am. I almost had nothing to give for Christmas. They are yet to call me back. Don't bother with them.

We purchased a Vita spa from Leisure Concepts and had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Luckily my husband is extremely handy, so we were able to transport it ourselves to Minnesota and install. The Leisure Concepts team was supportive the entire installation and continued to provide support once we had the spa up and running. Excellent Soaking Bathtub!
I renovated my bathroom recently and installed the Suisse 33’’ X 67’’ Freestanding Soaking Tub from Leisure Concepts. This bathtub is excellent. I liked its style and also the way it was packed. The Leisure Concepts guys were great to work with, very patient. (I had a lot of questions!) I found the tub on their website but decided to call and speak to them and I'm glad I did, they know their stuff so I ordered it right over the phone. I highly recommend them, nice people.
