The quote process was very detailed and made it super clear what we would get and for how much. We got added to their backlog with an install date a little over a month out, with the promise that they'd install sooner if possible. Luckily I got a call in the early morning with news that they could install the fence about 2 weeks early!
The crew that did the work were quick, professional, and kind! My 4 year old spent most of the afternoon watching the crew work and they never missed an opportunity to make her laugh. Despite my daughter's distractions they quickly caught any mistakes and corrected

Moved to a new home and wanted to get a fence put in. Got quotes from 4 different companies and Academy had the best customer service, the best price, a great warranty and installed beautifully! Fred is just a great down-to-earth guy and Brandi was quick to respond with all of my questions (and I had more than a few) via phone and email. Not to mention we were trying to get a fence during COVID with wood shortages. AND we wanted Cedar. Fred was able to find what we needed in the timetable we had wanted. REALLY great experience. Highly recommend!

This company just did a fence job at my new house. They did exactly what we had agreed on and did it without any problems or questions. They even went above and beyond to help me with our electric gate which had nothing to do with the job originally quoted for the rest of the fence. I cannot fully express how AMAZING my experience with Academy was. I sent out 5 emails asking different fencing companies for quotes and Academy was the first to reply and the best offer. They were incredibly accommodating of the items I needed for my HOA to approve my fence and they were SO KIND in trying to squeeze my project in on really short notice when I finally got my approval. My fence is BEAUTIFUL and I will definitely be reaching out to Academy for any fence work I need from now until forever. Cannot wait to refer people here. The job started well. But over the next few days and weeks, due to their crews leaving the company or leaving town, the craftsmanship quality was poor and they were unable to complete the job with a reasonable time so we settled with them, received a partial refund, and sadly had to start over with another company.
