Our truck mounted steam cleaning equipment will heat the water to a very hot temperature of 180 degrees. The water is pressurized injected into the areas to be cleaned and then extracted, leaving your carpet, tile, or upholstery dirt free, soil free and damp to the touch for about 4-6 hours.
Our cleaning process consists of pre-treatment and conditioning to loosen up the soil, working on any and all spots and stains as part of our service at no additional charge.The cleaning agents we use are safe for your home, office and the environment.

They came on time and reviewed what needed to be done. His price was fair and he was careful with walls when bringing in equipment. He was very polite and went over stains made by the movers. I would definitely use Ernie again!

This was the best experience I have had in a very long time! They were extremely courteous and replied promptly to my email, scheduled me right away, called to verify appointment, showed up right on time, worked quickly, gave a good price and, best of all, they were very friendly and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home!! My tile and grout are sparkling clean, smell fresh and they removed stains from the bedroom carpet I thought would NEVER come out!! Thank you SONshine!! It was a pleasure doing business!!

Very professional, quick appt time, wore masks & respected social distance rules. My carpet was really bad in the high traffic areas. The were able to get all the stains out while also neutralizing the pet stains. Loved that they don't charge extra $ for spot removal or pet neutralization. I paid one reasonable price. They were a referral and I couldn't be happier. Definitely would use again & Definitely would refer them as well.

First sign of professionalism was a person, Miriam, immediately answered phone when I called for estimates (you'd be amazed how many don't even return messages). $250 was a fair price for a large 3 bedroom condo that needed a lot of attention.
Showed up on time, did a thorough job, and were a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with results. I highly recommend Sunshine Carpet & Upholstery.

Price they quoted over the phone was pretty much right on the money. It was a little more then what other companies were quoting but the customer service from the office to the techs was great and well worth it. The guys were quick, knowledgeable, nice and got one nasty red wine stain out. I would recommend this company to everyone and definitely will use them again.
