Not impressed!
I chose them because of their stellar reviews.
However the guy who shows up took off my locks, said he was going to the truck to rekey them- saying the machine was in the car& didn't come back for almost hour and half.
I've had locks rekeyed at least 7-8 times in past and no one has ever needed to go to the truck for more than 5 min
After 20 min I went down and he was no where to be found. I called and he said he was at the warehouse. What warehouse? Why?
He said he had to get a part. Unacceptable!
I called the manager and he tried to apologize & assure
