Cheap rates. You get what you pay for though. Low crime at least.
Something ate through a bunch of my boxes. Mice perhaps. Dead crickets everywhere when it rains a bunch. That smell. Owner's nice but pretty hands off. This place is good for storage of parts that may not otherwise fit in your garage.
