I got my double sided window replaced by Central Glass after my dog broke the window. They were incredibly quick with getting back to me with a quote and scheduling an appointment to come get measurements for the window. Their price was extremely fair and they let me know it would be about two weeks to get the window in. As soon as they received the window they called me to schedule a time to replace it that day. It only took about 20 minutes. Awesome company and even better service.

Both employees I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Gave me a quote over the phone which was terrific because a few other companies wanted to charge just to come out and measure. Central glass beat 4 previous quotes given elsewhere. I appreciate their services and look forward to working with them again in the future if I should have any accidental broken windows. I recently got my second frame less shower door installed by Central Glass and Mirror. All I can say is that they are one of the only companies that I have dealt with in the home improvement industry that understands customer service.
