My A/C stopped working on a Saturday. Of course! C&S came to the rescue almost immediately. Chad fixed the problem and clearly explained to me what went wrong. He gave me tips on how to avoid future issues and clearly explained how my system works. No commercial company has ever done that for me.

Two times, about a year apart, we had an emergency AC shutdown. Both times Chadwick Parrish answered our call quickly, said he would be there in less than 2 hrs., (even though it was Sat. and we are in a remote area), and he was early, quickly fixed the problem, and the charge was very reasonable. Of course no one likes being without air when it is extremely hot but this company - Chad and Cody were extremely responsive and fixed our air conditioner. After one part failed the first time, that were back out immediately and resolved the entire situation. I would highly recommend these two hard working individuals who work very long hours and provid outstanding service. Thank you Chadwick and Cody for going above and beyond for us!
