We just had our central air unit replaced so we are all set for summer. The Dischler main office team was very responsive to getting us a bid, following up for scheduling and even notified us of a cancellation so we were able to sneak in early. Chad & Austin arrived promptly at their scheduled time, they wore their masks and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Dishler heating and coolings exceptional service sets them apart from the rest. We had a furnace fan go out and within 24 hours they had the right part and the problem was fixed.

REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I am very happy that you replied. I do want to correct a something in your statement though as I can prove they are false. While I do appreciate you trying to slander and discredit my review because it is negative by saying I was past due, but I do want to point out that I do not have any amount that is 90 days past due as you claim. If I did, I would assume you would send me to collection for that. At this point I will also mention that I left 2 voicemails on October 24, and October 25 asking to discuss the invoices which is why I was waiting to pay the invoice. I have

Had Dischler do the HVAC on the first house we built in 2000, and no problems at all. Because the first experience was so great, we built a new house and had Dischler do the HVAC again. The new house has 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, and we had them also put in 3 fantastic fireplaces. So far everything has been running perfectly. They helped us evaluate the most cost-effective way to heat/cool our home, and made some great recommendations we hadn't considered to increase efficiency. Great communication and friendly service as well.

Dischler Heating and Cooling are ultra effective. Great service and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my furnace last winter temperature was down to low 50°, Dischler was able to rush to my house within 2 hours and everything was running smoothly for a very minimum amount of money. Dischler: Selling crap products so they can charge you for ‘maintenance.’
Dischler installed our brand new Maytag furnace in home three years ago. Much to our surprise it completely died and needed the MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD replaced on the coldest day in Dec2016. Luckily, the furnace was under warranty, so the parts were covered, but we still had to shell out nearly $500 to fix really new Maytag furnace. We had to argue the maintenance price down to $450 because the maintenance guy documented at total of 3 hours of work, but he actually only spent 1.5 hours at hour place (apparently they include

I contacted home warranty about my air condition not working, they contacted Dischler. They came out and looked at it and the service guy told me my furnace was old and it couldn't handle the air condition, I late find out they told the home warranty it was the ducts was the problem so i had to pay the whole bill because it was nothing wrong. So i called Pointon heating and they told me the furnace was bad and they came and installed a new furnace and now my air works just fine. There was nothing wrong with the duct. Also the lady they have answering the phone is very rude. I will never go to Dischler
