We highly recommend New Wave Pools! Wes Satcher and his crew were outstanding! He is up front, honest, hard working & very personable. We couldn’t be happier with how beautiful our pool looks! Our backyard didn’t leave us with a lot of options. Thankfully, we were able to fit in a nice size, 15x32, pool. We are extremely happy with how it turned out! We did not shop around, once we met Wes, we did not feel the need to look any further. We are also very thankful for Darren Arciero for his weekly visit to help keep our pool clean & well maintained. Highly recommend New Wave Pools. Wes and his crew were very professional and completed the job ahead of schedule and right on the quoted cost, which was very reasonable. On our first meeting, Wes fully explained the whole process and timelines for completing the project for a new custom pool liner. And that’s exactly how it went. Except he did call me a few days early and asked if I wanted the install a few days earlier as he had an opening become available. That worked great for me and now I feel like I have a brand new pool just in time for the heat! Thanks again Wes and Vince! Great customer

My husband and I were determined to purchase a pool that just so happened to have a house. Because the pool was so important to us, we decided to have a pool inspection. Well, three pools (I mean three houses) later, we found the perfect pool thanks to "THE POOL GUY" as we affectionately call Wes. Wes has been very patient with my husband as we learn how to maintain our pool. Wes is full of knowledge and does not mind sharing his expertise.

Wes & his team did a superb job renovating our pool ! We had extensive tile & plaster issues in a 30 year old pool. We basically have a new pool now. Wes is an honest, dependable businessman who is incredibly easy to work with. His entire team was consistently efficient, dependable & concerned with ensuring quality workmanship. Wes provided suggestions & guidance to ensure the end-product was what we were looking for. I wanted a pool which blended into the natural setting. We cannot say enough good things about Wes and his entire team! After talking to several other companies, we decided to go with Wes to completely renovate our gunite pool and we are so glad we did. Wes guided us through the process helping us make the right decisions. He was easy to work with, on time, true to his word and his crew was just as professional. Building a pool is a significant financial commitment and it is also a commitment to significantly altering your surroundings. When we decided to build a pool, I met with and obtained estimates from two local pool companies. I was comfortable with neither, not because of their prices but because of what I perceived to be a lack of service.
