We locate broken, damaged compromised sewer or drain pipes with our camera equipment, then we expose the section needing attention and replace it with new pipe, also known as a spot repair. Unless the pipe has multiple compromised sections. In that case we would recommend other methods of pipe replacement.

Look no further for all your plumbing needs!!! This company is absolutely amazing. Customer service is bar none the best! The contractor who installed my toilet couldn't figure out the issue with my toilet, but KoKo Drains fixed the issue in 5 minutes. They also found the source of my leaky sink and fixed it...again after multiple plumbers couldn't find the problem. I'm so relieved I no longer have to search for a good and honest plumber.

I own a small plumbing company in the SGV. When we are overloaded and can't service emergencies in a timely manner we call koko. Unfortunately in plumbing, 90% of our calls are an emergency basis. Sometimes we can't tend to them in time, We don't want our customers to call anybody because We know they can be easily taken advantage of, so we refer them to Koko. There pricing is extremely comparable to ours and more importantly, like us you can trust them.

Koko Drains to the rescue again! I had a clog in my kitchen sink. Kokos came out on schedule and were able to clear out the clog in no time! They really know what they are doing - they went straight to the problem, cleared and it without fuss. They always do a great job - I no longer bother to call the $99/visit type of plumber because more than once they couldn't clear it, and they recommended Kokos. Why settle for less than the best then?

Same day service with no jacked up pricing. They came as soon as they could (two hours earlier than their earliest guaranteed window!), diagnosed and fixed the problem rapidly and efficiently. Nice guy too. Highest recommendation. Work guaranteed for 2 months. Just a stubborn clog effecting the sinks in two different rooms, but had been a problem for days & have old corroded pipes. Didn't try to upsell to digging out all the old pipes, just fixed the problem.

I reached out to Koko drains this morning. We had an upstairs toilet that was having issues, and they schedule us for Wednesday, but thankfully the plumber was able to get out today!
The toilet needed a snaking, and the plumber was thorough and friendly and guaranteed his work. The cost was fair, and the work was completed before promised!

We've used Koko drains twice for preventative maintenance on our sewer line. We live on a hillside, so it was very challenging. But, they took care of everything and explained what was needed.
Yesterday, I called them about a broke pipe under our kitchen sink. They showed up that afternoon, fixed it quickly and the charge was reasonable.
Everyone who works for them is so pleasant! We'll definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently worked with Koko on an inspection for a house in escrow, and he was fantastic! He was punctual, professional, quick to conduct the inspection, and incredibly patient when he debriefed us before leaving as we had quite a few questions. Can't say enough good things about Koko Drains in So. Pasadena. I called with an emergency garbage disposal clog on Saturday (Dec. 26) and Dave was out and saving my life (my sink drain) within a few hours, despite the post holiday backlog. Dave knew just how to clear the drain, then went outside and ran an electric snake in the cleanout for good measure. Everyone, from owner to his office manager wife, to Dave who worked his magic, were personable, professional, and responsive and got the job done!

Koko and his team are fantastic!! They are incredibly knowledgeable in sewer line repairs and very honest. Koko explained and simplified everything for us to fully understand the best solution for our sewer line. He gave us many options and weighed the pros and cons of each one. They work very meticulously to make sure the job is done well and efficiently. I appreciated his OCD. He stayed within our budget despite encountering unforeseen surprises.
