We had Chris come out to repair a leaking water main. He came out very quickly, was extremely friendly and professional, and did a great job. It turned out that the scope of the actual job was much smaller than expected, and no longer matched the estimate we had agreed to. But they were flexible, and we worked it out to mutual satisfaction. We appreciated their being reasonable and flexible in what could otherwise have been a contentious situation

We had our home repiped, they were wonderful, they worked very hard to finish our two story home. I would recommend them highly.
They are Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, hard Working and go over and above. They will always be my plumbers. I have had others before I found them. These guys are amazing! Don and his crew responded quick, were on time, informative, polite and did a great job with helping me out on a bathroom remodel issue. Pricing was on point and work was top notch! Wont be calling anyone else from now on for anything I have that’s plumbing related and I would recommend these guys all day every day if you need work done. I called them last week in a little bit of an emergency and he was super responsive. Our hot water inlet (under the kitchen sink) had broken off and spewed hot water all over our hardwood floors. We had to shut off the water to our whole house...definitely inconvenient! I quickly began calling plumbers in the area, and First Choice made an opening for me the next morning.
He showed up on time and completed the work quickly, patiently answer my questions and gave me good information on the next steps (regarding contacting insurance, preventing further incidents, etc.). We were super impressed with

The main water line from our house to the city water line broke and needed to be replaced, Ouch! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ara at First Choice Plumbing. He did the entire job, going under our ground floor crawlspace, digging out our front planter (with boulders!) and out to sidewalk and replacing that line. Also pulling permits from the city of Salem. He did all of this within 4 days, including working the weekend. We had water back to the property after two days.
