I needed to change my cleaning service and I couldn’t be happier! They were responsive throughout the entire process. The cleaners were thorough and did a fantastic job! Much better than my past experiences, I’ve already setup reoccurring sessions.

We have have been thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Osoji Maids. They are reliable and have an automated system to remind us of our upcoming visit and time of arrival. The process is timely as they bring a crew to clean. They do very thorough cleaning and accommodate individual cleaning preferences and quickly respond to needs by text message. Electronic payment options are convenient as well. I would highly recommend their services.

Mayara (owner) and her team at Osoji Maids are amazing and very trustworthy. I have been using their cleaning services for the past four years. When the team cleans my home you can tell its been cleaned. They also take precautions regarding COVID. Mayara cares deeply about her clients and I cannot thank her enough for not only doing our house cleanings, but for also being a friend. I highly recommend this company. Book them asap! You wont regret it.

We had an appointment with Osoji Maids for 3:00 PM and the ladies ended up showing up at 5:00 PM, two hours late. This was unacceptable because it’s very unprofessional and we were forced to change our whole day’s schedule because of this delay. We received no communication from the owner or the ladies themselves that they would be running late, and when I messaged the owner about this delay asking where they were, my messages were ignored. When the ladies finally showed up I mentioned that they were two hours late and I received a nonchalant response, so they basically didn’t care. Although

Mayara is the ultimate professional. She makes sure to train her staff well, and she always aims to make her clients happy. The first time they cleaned my home, they blocked off extra time for a deep clean, and they did such a great job that I became a repeat client. In addition to being hard workers and great cleaners, Mayara and her team are really nice people.

The ladies who completed the service were incredibly thorough and did a wonderful job. I also appreciate how thoughtful and professional they were, and their careful covid safe precautions. They were all very nice and friendly, so it is comfortable to have them in our home.
