Absolutely AMAZING interaction! Got us in for an appointment super fast, his phone etiquette was above par! When he showed up, the truck was immaculate and he was just as polite and friendly in person. The job was done very fast and he left zero evidence!! Most definitely recommend, and will absolutely use again!!

I called Van’s to pump our septic before our pool install next month. He returned my call the next day and was able to schedule the work for the following week. I was going to be out of town on business, so I (and my wife) was so thrilled when he said his pump fee included digging to expose the covers. My wife said he arrived on time (even a little early), he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and drove the cleanest truck she had ever seen! Thank you for providing a great service!

Van's Septic Service delivered excellent service. Tim was on schedule, Quickly located the tank and hand shoveled to open the cap, He gave it a thorough cleaning and Inspection, Addressed all my questions and concerns in a professional but friendly manner and did a nice job of placing the grass back over the tank when the work was finished. I will add that the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Van's Septic Service.

This guy killed it! With having no knowledge of our septic setup, Tim was able to find that we had two tanks and have them dug with the covers off in less than 20 minutes. He had both tanks pumped out and cleaned up everything he brought with him within an hour. He even took the time to put our grass back where it was and make it level with the surrounding area. Tim was more than happy to answer any questions that I had for him and offered great advice for the care of our system. Hands down, we will most definitely be going back with him whenever we require future service. Highly recommend.
