The expression of your hopes and dreams for your space takes shape in the design process. We come out to your home and listen to you - we want to understand what you envision for your space, and how that relates to the current state of your backyard. After getting to know you and the scope of what you want, we take measurements of your backyard.
Those measurements are used to create an interactive 3D scale environment that brings your concept to life. Once the design is completed - we walk you through this scale environment at our office and provide you with a detailed proposal that encompasses all the costs associated with the scope of your project.
After the agreement is finalized, we order engineering details and put together a construction plan for the permitting process with the city. We give you a plan to submit to your HOA. Once we have HOA approval and permit in hand we begin the dig process. After the pool has been dug and reinforced with steel rebar, the plumbing lines and rough electric are run then the shotcrete shell is formed.

Zier pools was one of three bids we got, and while it was the most expensive of the three, it had the clearest vision. It was also the only one stop shop that would do our pool, and our concrete decking. We have been working with Matt at Zier Pools since January, and the pool is now complete, with only some side projects left to complete. We bought a brand new house in Escondido and wanted to build a pool. We met with Matt B. with Zier Pools after consulting with a few other pool companies to design our pool. I can't say enough wonderful things about Zier Pools and Matt. We went through 3 bids and consultations and Matt was the only one who thought of positioning our pool for maximum yard usage. Matt's expertise, not to mention his kindness, responsiveness and and reliability is top notch. Something didn't seem right- fixed!; questions on weekends-answered!; accompanying me to tile store- no problem!

Jay and his team did an AMAZING job on our pool. All the details were handled, we got exactly the pool our family was wanting and the customer service was impeccable. They finished our pool 2 years ago and for some reason our spa heater stopped working yesterday. I texted Jay that evening and a tech was at our house the next day and made the repair. Seriously, less than 24 hours and a tech was at our house and made the repair with no questions asked - 2 years after the pool was finished. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The experience with Zier pool company has been wonderful. We mostly worked with Tim Zier. He was great in communicating what was to be expected, gave us helpful input, and was patient and respectful. The whole crew that worked so hard to make our backyard an oasis, were friendly and hard working. I recently contacted three pool contractors about a pool/spa installation for my large yard area. Zier was one, with Tim Zier being the person I worked with. This team is amazing! After one meeting with us, Tim Brown knocked it out of the park with a custom design that addressed EVERYTHING we wanted. As the project progressed, the team was attentive to our concerns and always took time to explain each step of the process--which will be messy at times, but worth it! Zier Pools was Awesome! We had various quotes and some were way out of budget with minimal build! Tim Brown came in and gave us a solid quote , reasonable and addressed our main issues and requests.
