I needed to store my rv for a few months and paid for a spot that wasn't available. The local person was to busy with their another job to come down to help. They outsource the billing to a company that it out of state so trying to get them to help is pointless. After 3 days of trying to get them to help i cancled my contract.

Nice facility with a secure gate and security cameras. They also have secure parking for campers, boats, or automobiles. My only negative is that their instructions for termination are confusing. I called and received clear instructions verbally and via email/text but they still didn't refund my deposit or prorated rent until I sent them several emails demanding a correction. Their phone number rings to a national company that handles the phone calls.
