Over the weekend, the glass door on my shower decided to disintegrate. I cleaned up as best I could, but there was still a lot of glass in the shower enclosure. This morning called Service Bath and Glass and two other companies to ask how they could help me. They all asked for pictures so that they could get back to me with a quote. Service Bath and Glass was here in under two hours to clean up the glass and measure for a replacement. They were professional, they answered all my questions and they were extremely responsive. Nice people, poor outcome however. This was the - second - company that I hired to install - a second - mirror in our master bathroom. Unfortunately the “fun house” effect exists again, and they also have no resolution for it. There must be a company, a builder…someone that can install mirrors correctly. They tried, though I wish they had tried harder. Maybe installing a new mirror altogether? Or as suggested, cutting out some drywall if necessary. I’m not knowledgeable about mirror installation though I know it is possible to achieve getting a mirror installed that has no distortion.

Installed a frameless shower and custom size mirror for my master bath remodel. Had a minor hiccup where one panel was the incorrect size. I was not charged a dime until it was corrected and I was 100% satisfied. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I was very happy with the service and would recommend.
