I am cancelling my residential and commercial services with this company after working with them for over a year now. They do not deliver a quality service and the pricing is very high for the actual work you will receive. They will respond to complaints but this is their only system for quality control. In the end, the complaints don’t help and you are paying for services you do not get. On the residential side alone I was invoiced weekly for $250 for which I received two visits of 2-3 hours of cleaning. After these cleaning sessions, we would often find routine things unfinished or not cleaned
