Randy and his crew installed our stamped concrete 2 years ago. At the anniversary of year one, the grouting in the saw cuts started coming out; my husband made many attempts to contact Randy, he said he would send his crew out to fix it. With every call, he stated the same thing but he never did send anyone to repair the problem. We spent $7,000.00 on our patio and after he received our down payment, his date to install the patio changed several times, our hot tube sat in the grass for over a month. We deducted $500.00 to have another company move the hot tub back onto the new patio. Save yourself

Randy is the most dishonest and slimiest contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is a fast talker and will tell you anything you want to hear. He lied to my face and my wife’s face and told us he will not be done with the job until it is correct. He got his money and we have not heard from him again. I have reached out to him multiple times and he has blocked my number and will not respond. The concrete was cracking days after it was poured and the color is all wrong. The clearcoat on top of the color has bubbles in it. Steer clear of Randy and decorative concrete of South Carolina.

Upfront in the planning process, Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable. But once two large cracks and a substantial low spot which trapped water appeared, he was no longer accessible- which was very disappointing. We would still love to have this issue resolved and work with Randy Evans, but unfortunately we have had to chalk it up to a buyer-beware situation. Randy Evans did an excellent job initially. He is a talker so make sure you’re set on what you want before talking with him. The problems began halfway into the job. It did rain some so the date kept getting pushed back. The initial concrete and stamping was completed but it was 2 weeks before the stain was completed with almost no communication in between. The week after it was completed, I noticed a low spot right at my screen door on the patio. It would fill with 2 inches of water anytime it rained and is in a terrible spot since it’s at the door.
