I would not use HD Installations again. Spoke with Andres, the owner, on the phone and got an estimate to add 3 ceiling speakers in my theater room and switch out an Onkyo receiver with a new Marantz. Sent pictures and floor plan and got estimate of $700. He sounded professional and cordial on the phone. Showed up around 4 pm to start job first day. While installing speakers, kept mentioning how difficult the job was. Speakers nearly installed first night and came back next night to finish with speakers and switch out receiver. Had difficulty with complexity of the higher-end Marantz receiver

Andres was professional and easy to work with. He and his co-worker, Alejandro, installed two TVs for me. They were efficient and educated me along the way. My brothers told me not to get someone to install the TVs, but I'm glad I did. I am very happy with the way the TVs look on the wall. We will enjoyed them until the next big thing!

I started using HD Installations service when I bought my home, Andres mounted my 65in TV. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Subsequently he has installed locks, thermostats, mounted my security panel, hung art, connected sound system for my TV and just mounted another TV on my patio. I trust him to be fair and professional. He is actually kind of a perfectionist and his work impeccable. And that is the God’s honest truth!!!

Absolutely 5-stars! Working with Andres Cruz was a pleasure from start to finish. He installed/mounted a large screen TV at my home. He was easy to work with, enthusiastic throughout and suggested installation options of which I wasn't aware. He was friendly but not overly so. He went straight to work. As he went about his work, he cleaned various pieces of packing material and other debris, and left my TV room as if he had not been there. Andres connected my Apple TV and surround sound system and wireless headphones and showed me how to operate the new TV and remote. The installation costs

HD INSTALLATIONS, has done 5 or 6 TV installations and another device in my house, the services is impeccable; if I recomend it? The answer is DEFINITIVE YES!!! Andrés is very responsible, he call before arrive, he clean the work area and is so rapid in doing his job. Don't dude you call to HD INSTALLATIONS.

After searching endlessly for someone to come and place my 70 inch television on my stone fireplace I was able to find Andres Cruz. He is amazing I was irritated because what I went through with other installers but he was patient , kind and friendly and provided great service. He had my television up in no time and extremely professional ! I will definitely call him to help set up my surround system and I will spread the word to everyone I meet ! Give him a call ASAP !!
