GS & S Awnings has a comprehensive selection of retractable awnings to suit just about any shading situation. Roof Mounted Retractable Awnings are utilitzed when circumstances are are such that there is just not enough space or height available to reasonably mount a retractable awnng. This often is a necessary mounting option for situations when there is less than 8' from the deck or patio surface to awning mounting location.

Great locally owned family operated company. Called to have awning done when I moved here and turned out we were neighbors. Supply chain stuff from covid made it take a bit longer than usual, like everythingc but it was done exactly as I asked(square tube and powder coated) and looks great, keeps the patio dry and gives the house a unique feel.

Greg and his company was a pleasure to work with. His crew was on time, extremely courteous and professional, and very clean. They took the time to show me how to use every part of my new awning. Today was day one for our new awning. It was so easy to use - and such a terrific addition to keeping very hot sun off of our patio. We wish we hadn’t waited 10 years to install it. Thanks to the whole Sahagian team that helped us figure out exactly what we needed and were so patient as we worked to gain co-op board approval. Working with them was a pleasure. Everyone should install an awning if they can.

Quick, reasonably priced and great fabric choices. We had one new awning installed and the fabric replaced on an existing awning to match the new one. While the team was here, they adjusted the existing awning which had sagged since it was installed (not by GSS) some years ago. Overall, we are really pleased and will be looking to replace fabric on another awning next summer.
By installing the new awning, we can now use our outdoor dining area anytime of the day, not just after 4pm.

These guys do amazing work! We needed to replace the awning on our co-op pool deck and it was Paul to the rescue. Paul, Arielle and Greg really know the ins and outs and are top notch when it comes to customer service. They are professional, always return phone calls and text/email updates. They delivered and installed a quality product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase and install an awning for a commercial or residential property.
