This is the second time we’ve used this company after being told by two other companies that we need a new system. These technicians are honest and come and fix the problem and don’t try to sell a new system. I love how honest and friendly they are. I will always be using Kent Witham Air. And I have shared with a few friends already. Thank you for being honest over just trying to make money off someone, we appreciate you😀

KWA installed our ductless heat pump system ten years ago and have always provided us with prompt, friendly and professional service. When one of our heat pump heads starting having issues with the AC on a Friday before a record setting hot weekend, Kent came the same day and fixed the problem. We were so grateful and cool. Excellent Service, completely professional from the quote to their fond farewell at the end of the job. Tim provided me the quote and was my contact through out the whole job answered every question. He was also able to under bid ComfortFlow, while providing me a considerable upgrade to what Marshalls while providing me with maintenance for 10 years. Also, I did my research and American Standard the Manufacturer they use for there heating and A/C units is the same as Trane. American Standard bought Trane in 1984. So they are identical and come off the same assembly lines just with different aesthetics

When gas was turned on at one of my rental properties, the NW Natural Gas technician left a note saying that "wall furnace not holding pilot. spill switch ok", so I called Kent Witham to check out the furnace (my property management co. had recommended them).
making the appt. (via phone) was easy and they came out quickly.
they determined that there is an "issue with the heat exchanger" and that the furnace should be replaced.
the charge for the visit (incl. diagnostic) was $90, which is less than what I was quoted by 2 other companies for a svc visit.

We received such a great quote that we had to try them. The work turned out great and seeing something else that needed attention, Kent the owner came out and fixed that too! They are our Go-To A/C servicemen from here on out!

We have been using Kent and his team for close to ten years now. Kent always has an honest approach to fixing equipment and looks for the best way to do an install. We've refered them several times when someone was told by the big companies that something had to be replaced for thousands of dollars. In most cases he finds a simple fix and they are back up and running for a fraction of what the others said. I definitely appreciate his ongoing good work and will continue to use them.

First used Kent's company ten years ago when purchasing a new furnace for a total remodel: he bid the absolutely lowest price and supplied a highest-quality product. Service was excellent--- timely and reasonable.
We've moved to another home and have just bought a new furnace from Kent. Same story: best price, top-quality. If there were a way to give this guy 6 stars, I'd do it. This guy cares about his customers and it makes me wish he would get into a lot of other businesses!

If I could give less stars I would. Competency of their craft is remedial at best. Customer service non existent. Original installer was fired in the middle of the job then random installers through out. High end home with with top of the line equipment and I have multiple cold rooms. Equipment I purchased was more then what I needed and I still do not have a comfortable home. Absolutely disgusted. I called many times to get satisfaction no response. I do not recommend.

During a recent heat-wave I found my home air conditioner was not working and was actually pumping warm air into our house. I contacted one of the well known HVAC contractors in the area. When a technician arrived two days later, he quickly determined our heat pump was too old and not worth repairing. He recommended we look at one of their new heat pumps and for this he charged me $80!
