Lots of back and forth in email. Lots of phone calls. Wanted the guy to come on site to evaluate. Was told that wouldn't be an issue. I never did hear back for getting anything setup after being told they'd be in touch. Given how difficult it was just trying to get them to come out and potentially do some work, I'd be really scared to have anything done. If there were any issues once the work was completed, I can only imagine how "smooth" that would go.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. They were very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Based on provided measurements, pictures, and discussion with them, they quickly came back with a very reasonable estimate to replace my failing sidewalk. As we would find out later, the concrete sidewalk was sinking like the Titanic because the original builder (a big one in Southern Maryland) failed to properly prepare the surface before pouring concrete and poured it over a huge area of sand, which naturally sank when it got wet. The whole sidewalk slab was tilting downward. The same problem
