Contacted this place and Jessi was quick to come out for measurements and discuss the project. A smallish job, finish a removed popcorn celling, two skylight chases to tape and texture and two panels for the same. He was enthusiastic and seemed honest promising a emailed quote that afternoon but soon found out otherwise. No email that day, nothing the next I texted him about the quote. I did receive one later that day, it seemed a bit high $2830 the quote lacked some of the details of the job so I emailed back with some edits and agreed to amount and to resend. Heard nothing for two days, calling

Ramon is a true professional. He has an artist’s touch. We asked for smooth walls, level 5. Ramon has done a fantastic job on the walls of our 4000 sf home. We have rounded edges on all our walls. Ramon has perfectly edged the walls. All edges are straight and uniform. He has golden hands. And while he works Ramon fills our home with an operatic voice. We are most satisfied.

Did a fine job on the ceiling patch. However, they are expensive and charge for drive time and clean up at their own shop. However, when I had issue with this they reduced my bill by $100, as they had not disclosed those charges to me. I appreciate when mistakes are corrected and made right, so they are a good company in my book.

It was an accidental wrong number that had them contact me. I was just starting to look for help with some damaged drywall under my kitchen sink and near my shower in a bathroom. Needed these fixed before painter's came in preparation for my home sale. Cesar was an exemplary contractor. I would recommend this company 100%

After calling around for an estimate for our bathroom we finally received an answer from an actual person. He was very friendly and said he had an opening the next day! I say he because my fiancé only spoke to him and I don't know his name. He came the next day stayed for a couple hours. I believe he charged about $60 something an hour but it could vary depending on the job.

Unfortunately I have to give them a star...
As an insurance agent I used the recommendation of another industry professional and included Horizon's name as a possible choice for the repairs to my clients home. Unfortunately the other 2 people had to reschedule or didn't show up and Horizon did. That's about the last of the good things that happened. Days and weeks without return phone calls. Words can't even explain how bad this was from every perspective. As a result of the experience, I will never use this company again or refer them to anybody. In fact, the insurance company was so dissatisfied
