High Touch came out to inspect an issue we were having with our garage, and their tech person told us they would be able to perform a service that was covered by our home warranty, took measurements and told us they would get back to us. They never followed up and when we did, they again said they would come back out and never did.
Their customer service is terrible, they lie and I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your garage service needs.
