WENT THERE AND PICKED OUT PAVERS THEN THEY WERE GOING TO SEND OVER PEOPLE TO MEASURE AND GIVE PRICE...NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AND I CALLED AGAIN AND STILL NEVER HEARD FROM THEM ...THEN I CALLED HARDSCAPE AND THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PEOPLE WHO LAY IT...THE PEOPLE YOU SEND TO MY HOME REFLECT ON YOUR COMPANY ...THEY JUST CHOSE TO ARGUE WITH ME INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM...BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL NO WORD....NO THE WAY I DO BUSINESS !!!!

I don't even know where to start. I purchased about $7000 in pavers for my backyard and at the time of the sales, Lucas my sales guy was nice enough to sell me them but when they only delivered 3 bags of spacers and not 4 which is what I paid for, they refused to give me the fourth bag. They insinuated that we lied and if I wanted the fourth bag I would need to pay for it. I tried to call the manager Victoria to explain the situation and she refused to take my call. I spent a nice amount of money on these pavers and they fought for a bag of spacer.. if you want to deal with an extremely bad customer

We were very excited about doing our project with Bill and his team because of the good reviews and pictures on a local site. That excitement quickly turned to anxiety, and it became clear we were in for a fight. Be very careful of this company. He will blame you for his mistakes, threaten you, yell at you, tell you you're the most difficult customer he's ever worked with because he isn't doing what was discussed or planned! Then he will send you rocket.com lien papers, and tell you they were filed even though the job is not complete. Get permits, get every detail in writing and

Worst nightmare to deal with these people. We spent a fortune on granite pavers which I see on their website they do not even sell anymore!!! The issue with these people, including the owners was they were not familiar enough with their products and out of state installation.

Our sales rep was very knowledgeable on the product and made the purchasing/delivery process a breeze. Their customer service was superior from start to finish. Working with Hardscape.com was nothing less than the epitome of great customer service. All of the staff were professional, friendly, courteous, and most importantly, interested in helping me with my project. There were issues with shipping to Washington State from Florida, but the Hardscape team kept me informed and stayed on top of the delivery issues encountered on the 3,000+ mile journey of an 8,000lb load. Delivery issues aside, my project looks fantastic!

Awesome product and service - I recently renovated my home and did not want to use a natural stone due to maintenance. I came across Hardscape and love their large range of porcelain products. Aida was wonderful in assisting me including the design. Had the product down for over a year now and love it. I have a lighter color so it does need periodic wash down with a hose which is easy due to the fact its porcelain and non porous.

My job cost around $15,000. Part of the job was poorly done. Bill refused to repair his faulty work. Bill tried to blame me for his failure. I hired him, not the other way around. Bill's 3 year warranty is worthless when he refuses to fix his mistakes. I've had several people ask me who did the work since most of it looks good from the surface. When I explain how Bill refused to stand behind his work, they are no longer interested. Too bad. Bill lost several potential jobs. Think twice or three times and then find someone who is reputable and is proud to stand behind their work.

Bill and his crew were a delight to do business with! They worked hard every day, even on a Saturday; no detail was left unfinished. Their restoration of our yard from heavy equipment and masonry product was exemplary and we believe we have received the best value for our $$$$. At first company and owner seemed legit up until the work was complete or I thought. Knew something wasn't correct and upon doing research and looking again the wall that was supposed to be completed was not to the height it should be. Owner had a crew come back out and it still was not correct then refused to fix and has left it as is. I will have to hire someone else to complete it. A typical business that is all about the holy dollar and not the quality and completion of the work. Stay away from them trust me. Sad but true.
