I made an appointment for a quote. Their office person called earlier today and confirmed that someone would show up between 2 and 4. At 4:05, I called the office and asked why no one came within their chosen time period. I was told (1) that he would arrive “shortly” and (2) they were overwhelmed with business. With this attitude and projected market forecasts, they won’t be overwhelmed for long. I have 10 windows and 2 sliding glass doors that need replacement screens plus one window repair, so this was not a small job. I will make sure to tell all my friends how inconsiderate this company

I scheduled an appointment with Waldo’s Glass from 12-2pm about 4 days out. I had already received a rough estimate, and they were coming to verify the job.
On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call at 855am from Waldo’s verifying the time of the appointment. My family waited all day and around 3:30pm I called to verify the technician was still coming. I was told a technician came at 1130 and no one answered the door. I asked if they left a note or anything verifying they came. The office manager said no, they just rang the doorbell. Considering I had two people waiting and dogs

Second time contacting Waldos was glass and window repair and I NEVER REGRET IT! They’re absolutely good at what they do !! Let me tell you if you need a window or glass repair, I 100% recommend them! They’re professional, on time, and answer on time!!! And let me tell you they do such a nice, fast clean work! If anyone is looking for the best price along with the best customer service, I would absolutely recommend Waldos glass! Everything from when the quote was given, to the communication and finally the installation was better than I could have hoped for. The team did an excellent job. I had a very bad experience with installers in the past, and these installers were completely different. They worked very hard and cleaned up their workspace. They could not have done better.

As we prepare to sell our home, I found myself needing a window screen repaired. From all businesses I found on Yelp or Google, they were the only ones able to repair the screen within the day and for a very reasonable price.
Service was courteous, fast, and of quality. I ended up paying $15 for just one window screen.

We needed a window replaced in our living room that was hard to reach ("moon window"). We contacted this company to see if they could do it in a timely manner. Oswaldo himself came out, said he could do it, and called the office. Yvonne at the office called us back within 10 minutes with an estimate. They ordered the glass, called us when it was ready (2 days later) and scheduled the appt asap. Oswaldo came out and replaced the glass within 20 minutes - super quiet too!

Waldo's Glass Came out quickly and was on time for their appointment. The office staff was professional in handling our request, The workers who came to our home really took the time to explain everything we had questions on and were extremely helpful.
