BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered a custom bathroom cabinet in mid August, they said it would be ready and installed early October, that didn't happen and then they said it would be ready and installed by beginning of December! Today end of January still NO cabinet and they won't return calls or emails! Paid 50% down and WANT my money back! Very unprofessional! I discourage anyone from using this company!

BUYER BEWARE! They are not BBB affiliated and have an F rating from many clients who have filed complaints. My story is common. Signed a work order in Sept, put 50% down, quoted 14 weeks to renovate our kitchen. I kept reaching out to them to get information and I ordered all the appliances that are now sitting in my living room. Right before thanksgiving when they still haven’t completed the final measurements they told me February and said they either get it done before December or I want a discount. They said they would get it done in December. They come in and do the final measurements and

I was Referred to Cabinet Solutions from my custom home builder. My initial meeting with my sales rep Jason was great. He walked us through the factory and explained the process of our job. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we had a lot of questions. After the factory tour he took us through our initial cabinet design page by page. I highly recommend them.They were very easy to deal with,and we’re always very responsive to all my questions.They made sure 3 times about all the measurements for my custom made kitchen cabinets and double checked everything before final order.The cabinets are beautiful and great quality for a good price.Customer service by Ryan was above and beyond and he always responded to my emails super quickly.Very impressed with their service and value as well as quality.

Cabinet solutions designed me cabinets, took a 50% deposit, made the cabinets and they did not fit, they were over 2' to long, so they sent a new guy down to measure and could not make the dishwasher work on the side it was supposed to, so they had the nerve to suggest to me to move my window. well they redesigned and sent the cabinets down but would not unload them until they were paid in full, Ryan the manager said if I did not pay they would return them to factory, which I did not. He was very arrogant and abrasive, he said that regardless if they fit or not they were mine when they unloaded

So thankful I went with Cabinet Solutions, the quality and professionalism was what we were looking for. They were able to help us even during this crazy time in the construction industry. I was hesitant with some of the reviews, but after talking to them, I knew we had to use them. I explained my concerns to them and they made me realize something I think most of us don't look at. Horrendous experience! Hired them to build a bookcase along a 17' wall for my client. The 1st install was missing the light bridge, cabinet base doors were improperly made from the original drawing, The maple top was stained 2 different colors with no attempt to have it match. Crown moulding had two joints that did not match the same profile, I then met with the project manager to rectify these problems and to upgrade the top so it could match. We decided to get new crown that would match and would only have one joint. And was promised it would be expedited. After 2 missed install dates 6 weeks

This was a great experience! I got 8 (med size) doors, painted white. I am super happy. It did take about 7 weeks with shipping, so allow time. I painted my kitchen already and I have my knobs and hinges, so I didn't have any boring done. The price was the best, I did a lot of comparing on the internet. They shipped Fedx and one box (4 doors per box) was repackaged by fedx, but THANK goodness, they did a great job so zero damage. I haven't finished unpacking them all yet, but so far, I am really happy, with the price and service. They did a great job with the inside paper wrapping, then the cardboard

Our experience with this company was NOT GOOD. We chose them because we believed the quality of their cabinets was going to be stellar, based on the sample we received and the meeting/conversation we had with the salesman. Unfortunately, they did not come close to meeting our expectations, and in fact, the entire process was extremely frustrating.
Multiple Delays: We were promised install in 6-8 weeks, in the end it took 4 months and tons of pushing on our end for our kitchen to be completed. There were constant delays, multiple cabinets were built to the wrong size, others were not delivered
