The Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. But, watch out for billing. One service tech came did not have part needed on truck, even with information before had what may be wrong. Another tech brings part assists for only 20 mins. Whole time 1 and 1/2 hrs. Charge for two techs for 2 hrs plus delivery fee for the part. With diagnostic 479.

Last year we had our whole AC unit replaced with a bigger unit and all new ductwork. Elroy came and gave me a quote in a timely manner. Everything was done in one day. Everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone needing AC work! My attic looks so nice now all duct work is secured and off of the ground and we have more space. They did a fantastic job and helped me program the new updated thermostat!

Drive defensively when in the vicinity of the PABST van. The driver of the van License # N433138 is prone to road rage and will try to cut you off, yell at you, lay on his horn, and stay right on your bumper (within a few inches). I was afraid of this driver and concerned for my safety and the safety of my child.
