Currently serving on the Board of Directors for TCIA, and Finance Officer for ISA Midwestern Chapter. Served on ISA Midwestern Chapter Board of Directors, Tree City USA Committee, Missouri Community Forest Council, and the Ozarks Technical Community College Advisory Committee. Instructor for numerous classes on Tree Care safety, climbing, rigging, and proper pruning techniques.
Often tree pruning must be done by tree climbers, when there is no bucket truck access, or when the tree is too dense to move the bucket around in the interior of the canopy. When pruning a tree by climbing, using the appropriate safety equipment is a must. All About Trees trains all our tree trimmers to climb safely using approved equipment and techniques.
At All About Trees, we spend a lot of time and money to educate our crew on the appropriate methods for caring for your trees. Most trees can be pruned at any time during the year, when the tree trimming is done to ANSI and ISA standards. We do try to delay pruning on oak trees and American Elms until the dormant season in fall or winter, to lessen the likelihood of contracting vascular diseases such as oak wilt or Dutch Elm disease.
Symptoms, such as discolored leaves, dead branches, or early leaf drop, are several reasons customers call All About Trees for help. Sometimes the cause of concern is a minor problem that is easily explained and corrected. Other times, the problem is more complex, with several underlying causes and a remedy that requires treatments.
Stump grinding is performed by a machine called a stump grinder. It chips away the stump and surface roots, to a depth of 10-12 inches below grade. After the stump is ground out, there is a pile of mulch created by the stump grinder. Our basic stump grinding price includes grinding the stump, and raking the grindings (mulch) back into a pile over the hole.

After having a 120 foot oak tree fall on our home and causing catastrophic damage, I called All About Trees to tackle the job of removing it. They were quick to find a way to get their crew here almost immediately. It required the use of a 50 ton capacity Crane. The entire crew was amazing. They worked together like a finally orchestrated group of soldiers. So impressive. It was an absolute pleasure using this company. They had that tree removed in about 4 hours and cleaned the area of all debris and any evidence that they had even been here. Awesome company and so professional!

I hired All About Trees to remove a rather large stubborn hackberry tree that was growing against my fence and starting to intrude on my neighbors property. The entire experience, from the meet and greet quote, to the actual tree removal, stump grinding and clean-up was a pleasure. An extremely professional crew.

Fantastic job!!! We had 3 trees removed, one right on top of the house and I was nervous but they are total professionals and were so careful and did such a good job, ground the stumps down too. We also had large limbs cut in other trees that were so high and they handled them with no problem. They did a great job on cleanup too!! The consultation was thorough and answered all our questions before they started the job. I would definitely recommend All About Trees and will use them again. Thank you very much guys!!!
