Contacted the company a couple weeks ago and set up an appointment for today to get preventative maintenance done on my AC unit. Will called around 11 and said he would be out in about 10 minutes. He showed up and went through the system, cleaned the outside unit and checked the Freon level. He was very professional and did a great job. Well worth the money and highly recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling.

After signing the contract two employees showed up. One had no formal training and told me the company was going to send him to school. Both worked separately from one another. After finishing installing the system wouldn't run. They had to use an older style thermostat instead of the wifi thermostat to get it to work. I was told I would get new… wifi but never did. They didn't add the filter rack which I paid for our disconnect a wood-burning supplement heating source which didn't work. Had to buy a window unit for upstairs to cool room. Originally asked for a price for separate units and

Gave me a bid and then then they ran my credit. they came to install only to tell me they were going to charge an extra $1800 or so. I am not happy with this company. they also said i needed a new coil. in which I do NOT. Thanks for running my credit in which hurts a good credit score and thanks for trying to screw me over! i took my business elsewhere!!!
